The ingredients include malt from Dolomite barley, a raw material that is the result of an integrated supply chain project created in 2006 through collaboration with an agricultural cooperative that grows distich barley for brewing for the Factory in Pedavena in various municipalities in the province of Belluno in the foothills of the Dolomites.
